Events Coordinator

 
Your responsibility will be to organize club activities and events, coordinate the acquiring of necessary supplies, order refreshments through Hospitality Services, and ensure rooms are booked. Additionally, you will work with your Co-Events Coordinator to complete SERM forms, and attend weekly executive meetings.

  1.  Knowing the responsibilities of this role, what do you believe you can contribute to the Future Vets Club team as an events coordinator?

Executive Assistant

 

Applicants willing to stay on the club for an additional year will be prioritized
 
Your responsibilities will be to perform various tasks depending on the needs of the club, such as:
  • Observing and training to take on future executive positions
  • Supporting the club in virtual event planning and the use of Microsoft Teams, or with setup for in-person events (COVID-permitting)
  • Assisting with merch and event ticket sales
  • Class announcements for our events for in-person courses
  • Taking pictures at events 
  • Collecting membership fees and more!
