​Animal Health Laboratory

Student part-time position at Animal Health Laboratory (starting Winter 2023)

**MUST BE RABIES VACCINATED**
Please clearly indicate that you are Rabies vaccinated in your application.

Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 semesters.

Must be able to work two 3-4 hour shifts during the week (8-11/12pm and/or 2/3-6pm) with the opportunity to work full-time during the summer months if desired. 

Must be able to work one Saturday shift a month (9-5pm) in addition to occasional Sundays and holidays (9-5pm). Holiday shifts are shared amongst the students on a rotational basis, and we require that students cover holiday shifts when the university is closed during the Christmas break. 

Primary responsibilities include:
Entering cases, dealing with client inquiries in person and via phone/email, administrative duties, and processing incoming samples.

Client service experience preferred. Familiarity with veterinary terminology and anatomy are considered an asset.
