Senior Events Coordinator

Description: Your responsibility will be to collaborate with the other Senior Events Coordinator and the Junior Events coordinator to organize logistics for all events. This will include communicating with the Central Student Association, organizing food orders and contacting external organizations for events. Notably, this also includes filling out Student Events & Risk Management forms ahead of events to get them approved. You are required to attend weekly executive meetings and you will be involved in the detailed planning of most events. This is a high commitment position that involves dedication to ensure all aspects of our many FVC events are considered and executed smoothly to best support our members and the external professionals we collaborate with.

Secretary

Description: You will be responsible for diligently recording detailed minutes of the weekly executive meetings. These minutes will be distributed to other Executive Members at the conclusion of each meeting. You may also be required to fill out other documents as necessary to ensure the smooth administrative functioning of the club. This includes SOPs to be completed after each event with details of the event and improvements for following years. You will be required to attend weekly executive meetings. Outside of the weekly meetings, this is a lower commitment role.

Junior Editor for the Omnis Animalis

Description: You will be required to assist the Senior Omnis editor in the publication of blog entries in the Omnis Animalis. This includes reaching out to interested professionals and students, as well as editing the articles. This is a lower commitment role. You will be attending the weekly executive meetings. This position has a 2-year long term, you shall assume the position of Senior Omnis Editor in the following year (unless you decide to run for a higher-level position).

Executive Assistant

Description: Your responsibilities will be to perform various tasks depending on the needs of the club, such as:
- Observing and training to take on future executive positions
- Supporting the club in virtual event planning and the use of Microsoft Teams, or with setup for in-person events
- Assisting with merch and event ticket sales
- Class announcements for our events for in-person courses
- Taking pictures at events
- Sending emails to external universities and organizations
- Collecting membership fees and more!
- Attend weekly executive meetings
