FVC Event Cancellation Policy: The Future Vets Club hosts a variety of popular events, and as such, we ask that you please cancel at least 48 hours before the event. This will allow us to offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist. You may send an email to fvc@uoguelph.ca to inform us of your cancellation.  

For events that require payment, refunds will only be offered if the cancellation deadline is met. If you do not cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you will lose the payment made to secure your spot at the event. Please note, this cancellation policy also applies to events that do not require a deposit.
