Co-Website and Social Media Officer (x1)
Description: As Co-Website and Social Media Officer, your responsibility is to manage all social media handles of the club, including Instagram, Facebook, Discord, Linktree, our Website (https://www.futurevetsclub.com/), and to update them weekly with upcoming events.
This is a high-commitment role, where you will work alongside FVC's other Website and Social Media Officer to design new posts, templates and promotional materials for the club.

Communications Officer (x1)
Description: The Communications Officer plays an important role in the maintenance and organization of the club email account daily. This can include:
- Relaying emails to the appropriate Executive members as necessary.
- The creation of FVC Listservs (newsletters) communication to be emailed to all members of the FVC on a weekly basis.
- Moderating the FVC email inbox.
- Managing emails to event registrants, event reminders, waitlist opportunities, and external hiring applicants.

Secretary (x1)
Description: The Secretary shall be responsible for:
- The recording and distribution of meeting minutes to other Executive members at the conclusion of each meeting.
- Receiving any delegated tasks from the Communication Officer.

Executive Assistant (x2)
Description: As an executive assistant, you play an important role in supporting the functioning of the Future Vets Club. As an executive assistant, you will perform various tasks depending on the club's needs. This may include:
- Observing and training to take on future executive positions (we prioritize applicants who are able to remain on the team the next year).
- Supporting the club in event planning or with setup/running in person events.
- Sending emails to external universities, vets, and organizations.
- Being an ambassador of FVC.
