Marketing Officer (Outreach Team) (x1) 

Description: As an Outreach Officer, you will work closely alongside a fellow FVC outreach officer to aid in the growth and promotion of our club. Your roles will include: 

• Host four creative events of your choosing; 2 events per semester
• ​Collaborate with the Co-Website and Marketing Officers to promote outreach-related FVC events and to promote member engagement and recruitment via social media   
• Responsible for making classroom announcements and putting up posters on campus regarding information about FVC and upcoming events

Junior Omnis Animalis Editor  (x1) 

Description: As the junior editor of the Omnis Animalis, you will assist the senior Omnis editor in the publication of blog entries in the Omnis Animalis section of our website. Your roles will include: 

• Reaching out to interested professionals and students to voice their perspectives within articles
• Conducting in-person or live interviews to capture authentic insights and experiences
• ​Brainstorming, writing, and editing Omnis articles 

To note: This position is a 2-year long term, you shall assume the position of Senior Omnis Editor in the following year (unless you decide to run for a higher position role)

Junior Treasurer (x1) 

​Description: As the junior treasurer, you will assist the senior treasurer in maintaining finances for the club, including membership fees, fundraising events, and other promotional expenses. Your roles will include: 

• Managing membership fees and updating our membership list
• Assisting the senior treasurer in budgeting for specific events
• Keeping monthly financial records
• Presenting semesterly financial reports to ensure the club stays within the budget 

To note: This position is a 2-year term role. Applicants must confirm that they will be enrolled as a student through Fall 2026 and are not applying to the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) the following year.

Executive Assistant (x1) 

Description: As an executive assistant, you play an important role in supporting the functioning of the Future Vets Club. As an executive assistant, you will perform various tasks depending on the club's needs. This may include: 

• Observing and training to take on future executive positions (we prioritize applicants who are able to remain on the team the next year)
• Supporting the club in event planning or with setup/running in person events
• Sending emails to external universities, vets, and organizations
• Being an ambassador of FVC 

To note: This position is a 2-year term role. Applicants must confirm that they will be enrolled as a student through Fall 2026 and are not applying to the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) the following year.
